LIMITED WARRANTY - PLEASE READ LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY Installation and use of STEPPY TM is described in the manual accompanying the STEPPY. Peace of Mind Products LLC (“vendor”), shall bear no responsibility for incorrect installation or use of the STEPPY. Vendor shall further bear no responsibility for defects of any child car seat installed atop the product or of product defects or failures of a manufacturer of a vehicle in which the product is installed or subcontractors of the manufacturer. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vendor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use, misuse, or malfunction of the product, including but not limited to damages for personal injury or property damage, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.
